
Ended up writing down my goals for tomorrow.
Set myself at a 13 minute pace. I would like to hit mile 3 by 39:00, mile 6 by 1:18:00 and mile 10 by 2:10:00. Gives me something to push for, and see where my pace is at those mile markers.
