Listen, I know that I don’t know enough about fitness to give advice to people, which is why I don’t ever do it. I’m here for support for anyone who just wants to talk things out, but I have no idea what to say if people ask for advice on how to lose weight and get fit. I only know what my body responds best to.
But some of the “fitblr” blogs on here are absolutely appalling.
How can you be okay with yourself when someone anonymously asks you for your advice on overeating/nutrition, and you tell them “you overate? no more food until tomorrow, fatty-cakes.” How can you think you are “giving good advice” by doing that?
People just make me so mad. STOP PROMOTING EATING DISORDERS AND SHAMING PEOPLE.
PS. If you’re pro-eating disorders and shaming, STOP TAGGING YOUR POSTS WITH fitblr and inspiration and shit like that.
